This was an undiscovered Easter egg. It is triggered by entering 6 8 3 2 2 0 2 and clicking the Enter button on the "ComPost™" in the game.

This appears to have been Stephen Conrad's phone number in Coarsegold at the time of development. Stephen Conrad was the lead programmer for Space Quest 6.
