Jay Dee Alley has been in the gaming industry for over 20 years.

He served as Managing Art Director for Dynamix where he was responsible for implementation of core technology and tool sets for the department, including creation of their motion capture studio.

Alley then joined Microsoft Games Studio where he was Creative Director for the Xbox Entertainment Network, a sharply focused R&D team, tasked with the development of meaningful new forms of digitally distributed content designed to broaden the market demographic for the second generation Xbox platform.

In July 2005, J.D. was hired by Blue Fang Games as their Art Director. In this position, he managed the Art Department to ensure that artistic quality met Blue Fang's standards. He also served as a principal liaison with game publishers and promoted the Art Department's capabilities within the gaming industry and the media.
