Description
Betrayed Alliance Book 2 is a free fan-made SCI0 adventure game. It was developed by Ryan Slattery (a.k.a. Doan Sephim) using Brian Provinciano's SCI Studio 3 and Phil Fortier's SCI Companion.

Synopsis
The Cursed Forest: Dark secrets lie buried, but you're not alone! Switch between two playable characters in this fantasy adventure. Each character has their own strengths. As the General, battle your way through enemies and monsters and upgrade a few combat stats. Leah von Spier, however, is not equipped for combat and must use a different skillset to overcome enemies. This Forest was home to a ancient tribe divining the mysteries of the "Great Wizard." Their disappearance is an enigma, but they left behind ruins and arcane items to puzzle over. Your goal is to escape the forest. But your way is barred by obstacles both natural and supernatural. You'll have to meet the challenges of the forest, discover and outsmart the Enchantress whose curse prohibits your escape, and uncover a few mysteries along the way - mysteries that will no doubt aid you on your quest!
About
Betrayed Alliance is meant to be an original throwback to the SCI0 adventure games with a particular nod towards Quests for Glory 1 and 2. As an SCI0 game it features the characteristic type-interface as well as mouse controls.
Betrayed Alliance Book 2 also features music and sound compatible with many classic music drivers: Mt32, Adlib, Soundblaster, Tandy 3, PC speaker, and perhaps more to come!
