Quest for Glory 5 1.1.0.0

Not finding any Glory in this whole Quest for Glory bit? Need a hint? Or just want to discuss Quest for Glory - this is the place to do it!

Hi there, Im trying to make my quest of glory 5 work on my winXP but it wont work.
I tried to use a patch download 1.1 and 1.2 but they tell me: "The file C:\SIERRA\QFG5\QFG5.exe is not a valid previous version and could not be upgraded."

I then tried something else. I tried to turn on the game after the installation and they tell me that I need AppVer: 1.1.0.0 :cry:
PLEASE HELP!!

Let me dig up my QFGV and see what version I have.

I am surprised no other QFG peeps have jumped in on this yet!
