SCI Resource Viewer

Post by arreis » Thu Jul 23, 2009 9:31 am

Hi Community

I search the SCI Resource Viewer for Sierra Games.
With this viewer, you can open RESOURCE.AUD files for example.
Unfortunately, the producer page seems to be down.

Well, I have the SCI Viewer v1, but there is a problem:
I can't extract the music files, all wav files are unplayable, but in the viewer, the sound is good ! :(

My question:
Does anyone have the SCI Resource Viewer more than version 1 ??
If so, please post it here!! 8-)

Thanks a lot!!! :)

Arreis

PS:
I know, this similar theme is already in this forum...
And sorry for my bad english :?

Don't worry about the bad English. :)

As for another SCI VIEWER - I had one at one time on my external hard drive. But I am unsure of what version it was. I can check to see if I still have it (at work right now so it's going to be a few hours before I can do this). In the meantime, perhaps someone else on the forum might know if there was an SCI Viewer past v1 or not. :)

Yeah, thank you! :D

I really hope so you will find a newer version on your external hard drive... :)

Good bye.

Hello, does nobody now more about a newer version from SCI Resource Viewer v1 ?

And what's the matter, Tawmis ?

But how can I extract the music from a Sierra Game? (Resource)
With SCI Viewer v1 doesn't function!
And I know, there's a way how to do it, somebody says with the SCI Viewer v1.5 or something like that...

Never heard of it. But extracting works on earlier versions. Seems like the author removed a lot of functions for V1.0 for some reason.
