I believe that there is a ScummVM port for the iPhone. This means that all of the AGI and some of the early SCI games can be played on it.

I remember seeing an LSL game (not a conversion of MCL or BOB) for the Blackberry a while ago. No idea where it went since I can't locate it now.

EDIT: I found two reviews for the Blackberry version of Leisure Suit Larry: Love For Sail at Mobile Game FAQs and Game Mobile.
