New PSP Revealed?

So this is what... four different versions of the PSP now? That seems a little unnecessary.

Are you thinking of the actual console systems? PS? PS2 and PS3?

I thought there was a bigger one, then a smaller model, and now this one?

There are currently three models:

• The original PSP released on March 24, 2005 (now called the PSP-1000).
• The "PSP Slim and Lite" released on September 6, 2007 (now referred to as the PSP-2000).
• The PSP-3000, recently released on October 14, 2008.

The "PSP Go" would be the fourth model and has a release date of October 1, 2009.

I have the PSP-1000. Maia and I rarely use it unless we're going on a long trip.

Wow. I honestly did not know about the PSP2000/PSP3000.

Hrm. Makes it worth to wait buying just because things always seem to improve. (The glare outside on a sunny day is actually my only complaint with the PSP).
