help please with pharaoh

i just got a new mac laptop and i cannot figure out how to install my old pharaoh game on it. any help would be appreciated so much. im working outta town right now and its the only game i had in my laptop bag.

Hi Ace. Was Pharaoh even released for the Mac? I know Caesar III was, but the sales of that one for the Mac were so disappointing (only a few thousands copies), that i believe they released Pharaoh and other titles for PC only.

If it is a PC version and you have an x86 Mac you can try Boot Camp.

the manual that i have has instructions for installing on a mac. but there for older mac operating systems. i just cant figure out how to make it work

If it is for PPC and you have an Intel Mac, you will need an emulator, which might be too slow. If you do have an Intel Mac, you are better off getting the PC version and running Windows in virtualizer or Boot Camp to boot into Windows.
