Along with all the enhancements of KQ1 V4.0 enhanced, there's also the added bonus of lip-synced dialogue portraits WITHOUT the annoying bobbing heads from previous releases! There's also no option to remove dead-ends as there never were any.

Im surprised they got done with this version so fast I thought It would be another 2 months or so for them to finish.

I downloaded it - I think they just have a slow server. Because the file size doesn't matter on a cable modem! I usually download things much bigger than this that zip by! :D
