Selling Mushrooms to Healer in VGA

Quick question about this: All the points lists I can find say this should be giving me a point, but it doesn't. I do still receive payment, and I get points for everything else, but this doesn't seems to want to work. Advice?

I have not paid attention to the points, but selling the mushrooms has a bug. The bug allows you to collect and sell the mushrooms without limit.

Yep, that's right. In the original EGA version of QfG1, you can only sell mushrooms 3 times - after which the Healer will say "Thank you, but I have enough mushrooms". In the VGA version, you can sell as many mushrooms as you like and make lots of money that way.

Ha! Well, not trying to exploit anything, but I'm sick of finishing the game with 499 points. I don't even get a point the first time I sell to her. No workaround?

I just tried it. It gave me a point after the third time.

Hm. I didn't try it multiple times. Worked for me after three as well. Good to know!
