Can't run KQCollectionDBUpdate.exe

Whenever I try running the KQCollectionDBUpdate.exe I get the following error:



I have tried redownloading said file and tried running it from the download folder then from the folder where the collection is installed via steam then copied the game to "C:\Sierra\King's Quest Collection" and tried running it there, but always with the same result and now I'm at a loss what I can do to fix this problem.
I'm running Windows 7 64-bit (german) and got the collection via steam.

Hi, it looks like the patch became corrupted on the server. I have re-uploaded it. Try downloading it again.
