Don't need an enlargement (or even a certain medication, which I shall not name, that offers to enlarge... something. Oh, and that starts with the letter V.

I meant, of course, the vaccine for flu - it enlarges the number of your antibodies).

Anyway, I know very well where this is from. But I'll give everyone else a chance.
