Grand Prix Legends

Hi,

I have 'Grand Prix Legends' a game that I have loved playing from my earliest days on Windows 95 right through to Windows XP.
Now I have updated and bought a new computer with Windows 7 as the operating system. And this is where my problem lies, I can't play my much loved game and was wondering if there is a patch or upgrade that I can get that will allow me to load it and play it.
