I've noticed that the downloads page only has the demo of the Windows version of NASCAR Racing. There are also DOS demo versions of both NASCAR Racing and NASCAR Racing 2:

nr1999d.exe - NASCAR Racing 1999 Edition (you have that one on site though)
n3demo.exe - NASCAR Racing 3
n4demo.exe - NASCAR Racing 4
