KQ6 (floppy version) - DOSBox randomly closes

OK so the game runs great,the voiced intro runs fine,but once in a while during playing DOSBox just closes for some reason. It happens pretty much at random,sometimes i can play a long time without it happening and sometimes it can happen mere seconds after starting the game.

So...any ideas

I am not seeing anything missing. I have not played the floppy version for version long, so I am unfamiliar with how stable it is. Is this a localized version?

No,it's in english.

My initial thought is it's something with the audio... that's perhaps crashing DOSBox. I'd recommend running the "setup" for KQ again, and try a different sound/music, and see if the issue continues.

Try changing the music driver to GM or SB.
