Heh. I recognise the Hopper painting ("Nighthawks")... is this from a real game? If so, which...? ;)

It's not from an actual game but it borrows the lead character, style and bar atop the screen off Leisure Suit Larry 2. The tamest Larry of the lot, and a lot of fun!
