Welcome. Tawm beat me to it. I'm not able to be on the board a lot right now. I am in the busy part of my training cycle. Once I get them through the classroom part it gets a lot easier for me. It will also give me a chance to rest my voice and get off my feet a bit. Then I'll be able to watch the board a little more.
