hunter hunted level builder

i have the game AND the level builder but theres no explanation . i tried pressing random buttons and nothing happens. can anyone post a tutorial or a link for one?

i only have instructions written like this:

1.2.2-beast

1 if he should use weapons

2 if he should use unarmed comat
ex.
no basic instructions
i tried doing it but nothing happens. help anyone?
