Did you change anything when you ran the setup? If so, try recopying SETUP.CFG from the zip, if not, rerun the SETUP.EXE in DOSBox and choose the MT-32 option for the music and SoundBlaster for the sound.

I did everything you said, again, black screen and after couple of seconds windows pop up that the program stopped responding...

I am not seeing anything missing, although the ZIP and RAR files are rather suspicious. It might be some regional difference or an abandonware version. If the former, try rerunning the SETUP.EXE in DOSBox and select "Use High Memory", "Keyboard only", SoundBlaster and Roland MT-32. If it is an abandonware version you can ask the people you got the game from, as it is probably altered in someway that makes it impossible for me to troubleshoot based on my legitimate version.
