Xqwzts is the cabin boy on the PMS Bouncy. His real name is Richard Head. (A guy can only be teased so much, before he... gives up and has to change his name!) I think he says "okay the dokay" when Larry is defending himself saying "Oh,I have no interest in pornography, I'm an artist."
