SMI:SE & TMI Bundle at Tell Tale Store

Post by MusicallyInspired » Sat May 01, 2010 4:41 pm

Tell Tale Games' online store now has a deal for The Secret of Monkey Island Special Edition and Tales of Monkey Island for $19.99! Offer is only available for a nother few days!

Or you can just buy SMI:SE for $9.99 if you already own TMI. But if you don't own TMI this is a huge deal! And you don't need Steam to play it!

No word yet if Monkey Island 2: LeChuck's Revenge Special Edition will be availble on the Tell Tale Store eventually or not.

They have a lot of good deals on the TTG site in the last few months for MI games. A couple of weeks ago they had a special email coupon code for Tales of Monkey Island as well. That's why I get their email updates. :D

We already have both, but anyone else that's been considering them definitely has some added incentive now. Tales of Monkey Island is really fun.

Aw, man. I already have TOMI. Well, maybe they'll have a SOMI:SE and MI2:SE bundle later on down the road that I can take advantage of. I already own all 5 Monkey Islands, but it'd be nice to have the first two complete with Dominic Armato.

Also, I want coupons. Telltale seems to delay all the e-mails they send me. I didn't get notification of the new Sam and Max until the day after it came out.

I had an email for a coupon to upgrade to the full season of SBCG4AP for just $9.99 (I only had one episode). But I didn't have the money to spend and the offer only lasted for a few days....I have a feeling I haven't seen the last of such deals, though. I get them all the time. TTG deals are the best in the business.
