Well, then, it must be Hoyle version 4!

(I'd assumed it was Graham after losing Old Maid, but thought only versions 1 and 3 had Sierra characters. I just booted up version 4 for the first time, and Graham's default sprite looks like that, so I'm assuming it's that!)
