Some stuff for Grim Fandango fans - like me.

"It's an ugly pile of bones - like me."

Anyway, I just found a couple of Grim Fandango fan sites that I thought I'd like to share. This one's the DOD (http://www.grim-fandango.com/ ). It contains fan fiction, fan art, fan music, sheet music, a GF novel, downloads and things you may have missed, tech support for the game etc. etc. Well worth checking out.

The second is the grim Fandango network (http://www.grimfandango.net/ ). It offers much that the DOD offers, but also links to other LucasArts fansites etc. ;) Check 'em out!

Hey thanks! I love GF, and when I watched Casablanca in the hospital I couldn't help but thinking "hey..." whenever I saw something familiar... particularly the white smokings of the cafe owners. Making music will take some time, my leg is too much in the way for my piano, but I'm strongly hoping to play Rusty Anchor some day!

Maybe you could get a hold of a MIDI keyboard that you could lay in your lap, until your ankle gets better.

Glad to help, BBP! :) Be sure to check out the GF novel - it has a couple of grammar mistakes early on, but quickly gets much, much better and contains a lot that isn't in the game, as well as having a strong film noir feel. :) The DOD also has a short story written from the POV of Domino (the evil sidekick to Hector LeMans), plus good GF music etc. *thumbs up* :)

Uhm... I have 4 keyboards already, and a piano, and 2 electronic organs (one is "portable" which means there's a handle attached to it and it weight about 20 kilos) and tubular bells and a doumbek and bongos and a rattledrum and 5 harmonicas and some 20 flutes and recorders and a brass instrument, a melodica, a guitar, two bass guitars and a lot more I can't recall... I need to cut back. Maybe I can get my melodica down, anything else would be too clumsy or noisy.
