Re: Forum Suggestions/Problems.
A lot of the buttons and logos on the forums don't seem to be showing anymore, strangely. I can't tell which threads have new posts or anything. Even more oddly, some of the other forums are missing these pictures as well like The Janitorial Times and AGD Interactive. They're all PHP boards. It might be something on my end but I'm not sure what it could be.

They are showing for me, so it has to be something on your end. Are you using Ad Block perhaps? Try clearing your cache.

Re: Forum Suggestions/Problems.
It's not adblock. I only have that for flash and it's not active at the moment. My best guess is Firefox's image block function but I don't remember blocking any images from any of these forums and even if I did it would block all images including backgrounds, which it doesn't. So I'm at a loss. Clearing cache hasn't helped. I'm using my laptop right now and it views images just fine. I'm not sure what's changed.

Re: Forum Suggestions/Problems.
Can you post the link to the forum logo image itself? I'd like to see if Firefox will even load it.

Interesting. This also happens lately when I try to look at certain subforums of other boards (not PHP). Also, YouTube is constantly doing this to me on almost every video. After a couple retries it loads properly, though, unlike the forum issue.

What security software are you using? Try turning it off long enough to see if they'll display.

Start Firefox from the Runbox with the -safe-mode switch.

Re: Forum Suggestions/Problems.
Didn't help. Maybe I should just change browsers. But I've been using Firefox for ages. I don't really like Chrome's minimalism. How's Opera?
EDIT: Actually, scratch that. Internet Explorer is having the same problems. Maybe it's a router setting....though I have no idea what it could be.

You can just hit the reset on the back of the router to set it to factory defaults. If it is a wireless, don't forget that you will need to set your WEP or WPA key again.

Re: Forum Suggestions/Problems.
This is truly bizarre. I'm starting to think this is actually a spyware problem. I can't search for the word "reset" in any search engine without getting the "connection reset"/"Unable to connect" screen.

Re: Forum Suggestions/Problems.
You can't find the reset button on your router? Of course you could temporarily hook your PC up directly to your modem to by pass it to see if that fixes it. If not, it is not your router. One other thing would be to create another profile to see if it persists.

Re: Forum Suggestions/Problems.
No no, I'm sure it's there. I just really don't want to have to do it yet as I've customized it a little (still can't think of anything I did that could be causing this, though).

Re: Forum Suggestions/Problems.
I've confirmed it's not my router. Bypassing it and connecting directly to the modem still gives me the same problem. It's most definitely a spyware or some such similar issue.
