A lot of people don't know this, but there are games on Steam that simply use it as a delivery platform and not as DRM. To do this, you just need to find the game's real EXE file, which is probably housed in the SteamApps folder.
The reason I bring that up is because it's highly likely that QFI would allow the player to do that.
You'd need to try it out for yourself, of course, as Steam doesn't advertise this fact, so the only way to know which games do and do not work like this is through trial and error.
