I am trying to open a manual on this server, but it seems like it has some issues. At first I tried to download the PDF by using the right-click and "save target as" option, but then it for some reason thinks that I have been hotlinking the file. Then I tried to open the PDF in order to copy it off the temporary internet files folder, but it just won't keep loading.

Every time I try to open the PDF, a chunk of 30 or so KB downloads, and then the connection completely dissapear and the transfer times out. I don't know if this is just a regular timeout caused by my internet provider, or if it is a DDoS filter gone bad. In any way, is there anything which can be done to fix these issues?

Could you be a little more specific as to which files you're trying?

(Assuming you're not a spam bot...)

I'm not noticing a problem on this end. It might help if you said what file you were trying to download.
