Co-op Adventure game?

Again, try ME2. No stats at all. You have to allocate points to powers, but nothing remotely resembling the traditional stat-sheets of most RPGs.

I share your desire to find everything you can in RPGs... especially good ones. I would comb over everything I could in Mass Effect, Dragon Age, and KOTOR - because Bioware has so much to find... so I try to find out everything I can... So I am with you... but when the game is good (and it all depends and what you call good, right?)... but yes, I agree. I obsess with RPG games. I love exploring. Which is why I enjoyed Dragon Age and Mass Effect, because I went back through as different classes, tried different things, and even different paths, for different results.
