I know it's an imperfect solution, but just don't use the home page right now. Instead, search for videos through Google itself or use that Firefox add-on I linked to earlier in the thread.

Besides, maybe if Google sees YouTube getting fewer hits to the home page (along with people telling them they dislike the new style) they'll change it.

Not likely. They have unified everything. Google. Gmail. Youtube. Google+. All of them have the same look now.

Well, I've submitted a complaint letter anyway. Almost missing the latest AVGN video was the last straw before I started unsubscribing from half my channels just to clean up my uploads. It had gotten to the point where literally nothing on the front page (recommended or subscribed) appealed to me.

Also, why is YouTube so adamant on having me subscribe to this "Ray William Johnson" guy? He's always at the top of my recommended list. Do I need to 'thumbs down' him or something?

Funny, I just sent the same thing to our work lists here (using Neverending Nights videos to show the example, of course!)

Hmm. Is this the thing where gmail forces you to put in your mobile? But it doesn't actually FORCE you to. You can skip it. It's frustrating that it shows up every time, I agree, but at least it's not manadtory.

I was referring to the regular Gmail. You can still use the old style, but they will be doing away with it at some point in the near future.

I did, but when I logged in it was suddenly new style without warning or reverse button.
What on earth is wrong with just writing "delete" or "compose" in a box? Why did they need silly symbols? And why isn't my Backspace working properly?
