To be specific, it's what Blount says when he looks at King Bodd's son, Tibo. Tibo drops what looks like a rock on Blount's head as Blount is talking, hence the "ouch" partway through the dialogue. This didn't translate too well from the floppy version to the CD version, since all the characters use Sierra-style portrait windows in the CD version, and Tibo doesn't actually drop the rock on Blount until after Blount has spoken that entire sentence (if that makes any sense).
