Re: Roberta Williams Anthology

Installation went without a hitch, and Murder House works great so far!

Roberta Williams Anthology

Through my week-of-good-fortune, I've been able to find the Roberta Williams Anthology at merely E 2,50 in a second-hand store in a village called Best. Unfortunately it came without any documentation, there's no box or booklet or anything. What am I missing and where can I find something to replace...

Rudy: for starters, giblets: edible bird organs.
Sweet & Sour Tripe: entrails & stomach of farm animals.
Still makes me gag, that scene...

Re: Your Favorite Moment?

1: when Don thuds his head on the sink in chapter 1
2: when just before the mental test, the Hecatomb says "It's time to go now, Curtis!" and it fits perfectly to the beat of the music.

Re: Your favorite Phantasmagoria and why?

Try second-hand stores and flea markets. I often (= always) buy my old games from there, sometimes for less than a dollar. There are a lot of people who don't know how much old games are worth to some.
I also have a spare Phantas copy I paid 1 euro for, if you'd like to have it you can.

Re: GK3 & Vista 32: Bad Mix?

I chucked off the game last night... it was just too much of a burden. Hopefully the PC will restore to its normal self (ahem).

Re: GK3 & Vista 32: Bad Mix?

I found that the start-up graphic problem (when I start up GK3 and the colours and lay-out are off and the cursor disappears) only occurs when I use the Autostart. Unfortunately all that's happened recently is that I'm getting more errors. Now I'm getting "unrecognized fatal exception" and get chuck...

Re: Your favorite Phantasmagoria and why?

Phantas 1. It scared the crap out of me so badly that I didn't dare play it. And I'm amazed at the large amount of available dead ends in Ch 7. By comparison, Phantas 2 is very bare. I also prefer 1's acting, it's build-up, it's story-line... And it gave me a nice argument why I hate foie gras. Phan...

GK3 & Vista 32: Bad Mix?

Hey there! I've installed GK3 on my 32-bit Vista. It has little problems running. The first time I start it, usually the colours and lay-out in the menus are off, and the cursor disappears sometimes, but when I restart the game there's no problem. Unfortunately Vista doesn't think so. Every time I'v...
