Re: I want to go here!!!!
I live in Australia and trust me, you don't want to live here - particularly out in the Bush or the Outback, where spiders are plentiful. :P It's a nice place to visit, but I wouldn't want to live there. Even here in the city, I'm getting spiders making their webs on my balcony and my car. DPX and ...

Re: Dragon Age II
Well, I'm incredibly disappointed right now. Somehow the topic of stealth came up when DPX and I were discussing DA2 and he commented that he hadn't seen anything about it in DA2. So I looked it up online in the DA2 Wiki. I found out that rogues can't go into stealth mode outside of combat at all an...

Re: Dragon Age II
It's that single event that really bugged me about Awakenings. Everything else, who was king, queen, what I did elsewhere - not as much of a big deal. But that's - me. That's what irked me. For others, they might feel every choice they made is VERY important - and they have the right to think that!...

Re: Dragon Age II
I find it ironic that you would say that about it not being "your" character. :D You seemed to have the opposite viewpoint about importation from Origins to Awakening and said it did matter that it wasn't importing your choices, even if you weren't using your Origins character. ;) Well, with Awaken...

Re: Cool and Interesting News & Such.
Whale sharks are so cool! I watched something the other day about them on National Geographic channel. The aquarium housing them actually conditioned them to accept food from specific colour buckets so they wouldn't try to eat eachothers' food.

Re: Dragon Age II
I know Maia and I won't be playing it until this is fixed with a patch. That's a shame because we were looking forward to playing it, especially Maia. I have contrasted feeling about this. I read the posts you mentioned and, fortunately, they seem to be the minority. I like the idea to wait for a p...

Re: Dragon Age: Origins.
I actually liked both the Brecilian forest and the Fade. I tend to like exploring outdoor areas the most, but the trippy Fade was pretty cool and I liked the puzzles as well. I didn't mind Orzammar and the Deep Roads to begin with, but it quickly became oppressive. Until I got to the end where you s...

Re: Dragon Age II
I tried the mods to unlock the character creator in the demo, but it only partially worked. I was able to customise my character, but after I left that screen, the game crashed. It did that twice, so I'm not going to try a third time. Since it was only the demo and I wouldn't have been able to keep ...

Re: New King's Quest from TellTale!
I know Maia got really ticked off at KQ5 for this sort of !!!!!!!!!. She didn't realize you had to throw a pie at the yeti. Go to the 9:05 mark of this video. Maia may appreciate it (if she's passed the Yeti for some time now! If the wound is still fresh, don't show her!) Haha! Yeah. That *%$...

Re: Dragon Age II
I've only played through as a rogue so far. As far as combat goes, I noticed a big difference, both in how the rogues skills are setup and how she's animated in combat. My rogue was using all these acrobatics and flipping around the battlefield. It was pretty cool. :D The way they've implemented bac...

Re: New King's Quest from TellTale!
Games with combat often have difficulty sliders so the user can control how challenging the combat is. It would be beneficial if TTG could develop a similar slider for adventure games that could affect frequency, complexity, and difficulty of puzzles. I don't mean a separate slider for each of those...

Re: New King's Quest from TellTale!
The only TTG game I've played through at this point is Tales of Monkey Island and I really, really enjoyed it. I didn't think the puzzles were too easy in that particular game. The only thing I would have complained about was the fact that you couldn't die at all. I wouldn't mind the occasional deat...

I remember Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog! That was awesome! I forgot she was the woman in it. Of course, that could be because I didn't know her name.

Whoa. For two seconds there, I almost thought Collector was your wife and wondered how out of the loop I was. Datadog, you kill me... Seriously. A good minute and some change worth of laughing... took a few moments to compose myself to reply. DPX had the same response to Datadog's post last n...
