Re: New Acquisitions Thread (image heavy)
It has to do with the y-coordinate - presumably a 'temporary' variable. If you look in the second screenshot, 'tempx' is also referenced.QuestCollector wrote:That's interesting. I wonder what the tempy stands for in the coding. Anyone know?

Re: New Acquisitions Thread (image heavy)
Cool....Do those still work? Not sure, yet. Probably should find out before I go to the trouble  You could throw one into a real DOS box so you can have low level access to the drive to use for data recovery on failing disks. Not an unreasonable ability to have for old disks. That's not a bad ...

Re: New Acquisitions Thread (image heavy)
While these are not games (Sierra or otherwise), I figured there would be interest. Yes, that's a low-density, full height 5.25" drive on the left. I was thinking I'd create a couple of external enclosures. Perhaps I'll create a special PCI slot cover with a floppy & power termination so I don't nee...

Re: SF Junkie's Paradise
#8 looks like Sliders (don't know the connection to QfG), however #9 I've been watching this week - 1st episode of Hitch-Hikers Guide to the Galaxy, one of my all time favorites (the series beats the pants off of the recent movie). Just finished it up last night. I could watch that every 6 months. A...

Re: The Worst Foods and Drinks in America
I know when it comes to drinks - I really don't dig American beers (with the exception of most micro-brews). Blech. If you can find it, try ABITA AMBER. Trust me.
