This is a movie.
Hint #2: The actor in the shot (though not readily identifiable) has been in many feature films, as well as a TV show that ran for several seasons).

Re: RoboCop To Become A Reality! (Well, sort of... possibly.
Isn't there a statue of Huck Finn in Hannibal? However, that is different. There you are talking about something so deeply intertwined with Antebellum America and a significant work of American literature, not just pop culture. I don't know how I feel about that. Re: RoboCop To Become A Reality! (Well, sort of... possibly.
Now why would anyone think that a statue of Robocop would be appropriate? Of any fictional character born from a film? My opinion is that if Detroit or any city wants to erect a statue, choose someone of non-fictional historical significance for the city. This whole idea just seems like a cop-out (...

I love that movie, but I always think of it as a horror movie - despite the fact that it's categorized with my other sci-movies

I know this. I know the actor in the foreground. Why is this movie escaping me? It's not The Thing, wrong genre. Arrrgh.

Beyond all of this, it would be great if some of the old Sierra employees could contribute on the SCI Programming forum. Probably never happen, though. Though I don't know how much they could help (except provide a glimmer of insight). If somebody asked me to hack something together in BASIC (my fi...

I also recognized the name, except I had no idea that Jerry Siegel was a co-creator (or had forgotten). The last time I think I saw the name was on an issue of the Superman reboot in the 90's.
