Re: DOSBox ECE + Pixel Perfect.

I know what it does. ECE has the Pixel Perfect that needs nothing more to work. Here is TCB in ECE with nothing different settings than what I would have in stock DOSBox: http://sierrahelp.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=24&t=4681&p=62520#p62520 You can see that all pixels are the same height (pixel perf...

I don't see it as "cartoony" myself. To me, it simply looks like modern graphics cartoons.

Re: "Lady Detective" game... is it... Laura Bow?

I'm just so burned out on the cartoony style. It is one thing for LSL to be cartoony being a pure comedy, but seems inappropriate to me for LB. That said, I would love to see new LB games otherwise.

Re: Question re: SQ series

If I had to rank the two franchises... KQ4 KQ6 KQ3 (Yes, despite my hatred of Manahahahahahahananannaan) KQ7 KQ5 KQ2 KQ1 And for Space Quest... SQ3 SQ4 SQ5 SQ6 SQ2 SQ1 Game play wise, for SQ, I'd probably prefer 2 and 1 over 6, but the narrator is too incredible in SQ6 to let it sit at the bottom. ...

Re: SQ3 Arnoid Possible Timing Issue?

The above mentioned installer will also give you SB wave support so you can hear the very first time that Roger's voice is heard.

Re: SQ3 Arnoid Possible Timing Issue?

All of my resources are for the DOS version and the Mac version rules out DOSBox. Your only options are an emulator like Basilisk II or ScummVM. I am not sure if ScummVM supports the Mac version or not. You can check with the ScummVM people for sure, but at least be sure you have all of the required...

Re: Running QFG1 VGA for the first time or not.

He was looking at his installation folder, not the installed folder. The diagnostic log gives the contents of the installed.
