Re: Non-Sierra Installers and Patches

Collector, I've been playing Outlaws with my original CDs and used your installer and it's all patched up and everything works great, except that when I get to the Sawmill level it says "Unable to load level" and dumps back to the main menu. I've checked elsewhere online and it seems that this is wh...

Re: Stranger Things 3 (The Game) - Free from Epic.

It's a throwback 80s thriller/creature/monster series in the vein of a combination of The Goonies, X-Files, Twin Peaks, and movies/shows like that. It's kid-centered like a lot of 80s adventure movies by Steven Spielberg were. It also takes place in the 80s. In season two they dress up as the Ghostb...

Re: New Acquisitions Thread (image heavy)

They came. We just got back from a short 3-day vacation to a small cabin resort (great getaway time!). Less than an hour before we left on Monday, SQ5 arrived. When we pulled up today SQ1VGA was sitting on the doorstep. Pretty good timing I'd say. Now I just need SQ6, the Collection Series box again...

Re: What are you playing now?

The Cavefish bikers are the trickiest ones. If you get too close for too long they quickly shoot out an oil slick which crashes your bike instantly. The only way to defeat the Cavefish bikers is with the plank of wood and only when they lift their heads up to look straight ahead (they otherwise look...

Re: Space Quest ][ Hint Book - Highlighter

I had the one for PQ1. Pretty much everything was highlighted. I remember using it as a kid. No idea if it had faded or not afterward as I didn't check. I sold it on ebay a few years back with my boxed copy of the game (stupidly).

Re: What are you playing now?

You can kick/punch other bikers on Old Mine Road. Eventually (with strategy) you can defeat them and take their weapons. Some bikers can only be beaten with certain weapons that you can only get from other bikers. This makes it a bit of a ladder climb working your way up the easier bikers to the mor...

Re: "FINISH HIM!".... Friendship?

I just bought MK XL for PS4 a couple weeks ago. Comes with everything. So nice. I usually wait for complete editions before I buy stuff lol.

Re: "FINISH HIM!".... Friendship?

Playing as a Predator vs a Xenomorph was genius in MKX. As well as Jason vs Leatherface. MK9 even had Freddy Krueger (and the PS3 version had Kratos from God of War). But MK11 allowing the pitting of Robocop against Terminator was the best thing ever. I just wish we could get all the guest fighters ...

I thought it was Faceapp's AI generation. I didn't think they were face swaps.

Re: New Acquisitions Thread (image heavy)

While I'm waiting for my SQ1VGA box to arrive, I just noticed today a steal of a deal on an SQ5 CIB on ebay for a decent amount cheaper than the rest I've seen (and are currently available). Don't think they guy knew what he had. I quickly snagged it up...all I got left is SQ6 to find now.

Re: Star Wars / Star Trek Discussion (SciFi In General)

Now this looks good! Apparently they're making what appears to be a REAL Star Trek show on the Enterprise (commanded by Captain Pike, who was the best character out of Discovery season 2) called Star Trek: Strange New Worlds . Just looking at the photos you can tell they're going for an updated con...
